The platform is a support infrastructure and is not a regulated medical device. Aureum does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information on registration. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Aureum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You may not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; upload malicious code or content; misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications; use the platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
All platform content, design, code, frameworks, and brand architecture are the intellectual property of Aureum Global Ltd. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Clinical programme frameworks, assessment tools, and platform architecture are proprietary to Aureum Global Ltd.
Clinical sessions conducted through the platform are between you and the independently registered practitioner. Aureum facilitates the connection and provides the infrastructure but is not party to the clinical relationship. Practitioners operate under their own professional registration and obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aureum Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
